I have not been playing long, and have decided to reroll my lvl 5 Monk now that I know I like the class. What the build is desired to accomplish:
1) Built for playing with a core group of people ranging lvl 12-15
2) Able to solo content for when I am unable to find a group or have 30 minutes to spare
3) Weapon of choice is handwraps, love the style and willing to consider any workable build as long as basic combat and feel is similar to a pure monk
4) I want the desire to self heal solo, or cast an emergency heal in a group when needed
5) A balance between Offense and Defense that is workable even if not min/maxed such that it would ever be able to enter a raid.
6) Character will use +2 tome off the DDO store and is a 32 point build.
7) Build must be relatively noob friendly (all the reading in the world does not replace experience).

Gear is not included, and stats are naked. Using the Character Planner took me longer than expected, and it will take me a lot longer to figure out which gear is readily available prior to level 15. I'll edit this initial post as I am able to add gear via the character planner, or as modified via feedback.
Any feedback is welcome. Please keep in mind what I am trying to do when feeding back (ie: I fully understand this character is not going to be welcome on raids).
Thanks much!
