I cannot load the game!

Everytime I pick a server and the game starts to download it quits and a message pops up saying : No suitable graphics device was found. Are you running through a remote session or a VM? If not, please check your video hardware capabilities. [122] I need to know what I have to do to help D & D download so I can play? Please help!

My video card is integrated intel 128MB ==> I have to be able to play DDO because its min requirement is 64MB
But guess what ?!
I can't play it and I see the same "game error 122" message
