It looks like you're going for a DPS Rogue. Depending on your tomes used, I'd try to use a tome to get my Dex to 17. Take a second level of Ranger for the TWF feat (Free at 2nd Level of Ranger) and swap out the TWF feat you've already taken. Take enough levels of Barbarian to get the Extended Rage Enhancement (can't remember if it's 2 or 3 levels), and the rest Rogue. All Level-Ups into Strength, Barbarian Strength Enhancement, and Rogue Dexterity I & II. You'd then have enough Rogue Levels for Assassin II, or whatever.
You could also take a few less levels of Rogue and go up to 6th level Ranger for the Tempest Enhancement, but you'd need to use a few feats for the Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack to qualify for it. If you change out your current feats of TWF & UMD, you're almost there anyway.
I'd max out the Sneak Attack bonus to Hit enhancements, and probably take Oversized Two Weapon Fighting, since your strength is a little low.
It would be helpful to know your race as well.

Make sure you swap out the TWF feat you chose BEFORE you take a second level of Ranger. If you don't you will lose a feat because it won't let you swap it afterwards (since it will consider it a class granted feat in your list)
My thoughts are this... before next level up swap TWF to Dodge, take ranger and select mobility, take ranger til level 6 to get tempest and TWF, ITWF feats for free. Then take rogue to level 13. Eat a +1 dex tome by level 18 in order to get GTWF.
a 13 rog/6 rgr/1 Barb is not such a bad build, but certainly stop putting points into Con... everything to strength. 13th rogue gets you a second special rogue ability, so that's Improved Evasion and Crippling Strike. 13th rogue is also another step up in sneak attack damage.
Personally I'd probably reroll him now due to the overly high investment in Con and a level mix that I'm just not personally fond of but if you enjoy him then he can certainly be viable.
Good luck.
