So you know Use Magic Device right? well I have 20 UMD on my lvl 20 wizard that can no-fail Heal and CSW scrolls but I have a chance to fail on CCW scrolls... I call shenanigans!
Something should be done about fixing UMD issues.
Edit: Like having a chance to fail on CSW scrolls and Heal scrolls
