Does the same thing as Pure Good, 1d6 damage to all non-Neutral enemies. Can only be wielded by Neutral Characters.

Neutral folks are already at a huge disadvantage as most end game mobs have DR Good and if you're not a UMD user you're pretty much hosed into finding some bizarre niche gear (flametouched, et al.)

At least this would give us something to play around with.

I see neutral as being more defensive then offensive. Neutral has some pretty good buffs as is, stability/greater stability. And the ability to wear taint of evil items- litany of the dead being the most popular .Stacked with not take damage from unholy weapons. Adding this weapon affect would just seal the deal to having neutral the holy of all holy alignments so to speak.
