Luck, Morale Bonuses and THF

Hi, quick question.. THis has probably been asked before, but there are so many threads on THF I wasn't able to find it...

Are luck and morale bonuses to dmg scaled the same as str bonus for thf, or do you lose out on the extra .5?

they are not scaled, only strength gets the additional bonus.
