Low-strength Monk Wisdom AC bonus issues

If you aren't aware - if you have a low-strength monk and you pick up an item or get hit with a debuff that puts you into medium load, you lose your Wisdom bonus to AC. And even if you get back to light load, you're not getting your AC back again.

Judo discovered that you can fix this by logging out and in.

I can also confirm that if you finish a quest, the "rest shrine" effect that happens when you leave the quest also clears this issue as well.

Did this just become bugged, because I've run a low strength monk and have never noticed this before (although I certainly do notice the drop in AC while I am in medium load).
