ok looking at a post that had an AC breakdown have some questions on where to get/what they are talking about

The AC ritual can be added to anything that goes in your armor slot, armor, robes, outfits, docents. It is an alchemical ritual you do on the item, I am not sure what the formula is off the top of my head but you could check the wiki for that information.

Insight bounses come from the parry propertiy on weapons (+1 or +2 for greater). It can also be crafted into items like greensteel weapons or dragon touched armor.

+8 armor bracers are a random treasure drop that seem to be pretty rare yet, you will need to do high level content to have a chance at this.

There are several different robes/outfits that offer +'s to armor bonus. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not stack with the bonus offered from bracers. Check out the thread below to find out where to get them.
