Lightning Guard chance of Proc on Greensteel increaed in update 3?

Seems to be proccing like crazy on tavern brawls, don't own one but procs on me like every 5 hits or so.

As of 2 days ago, my ratio on my Lightning II bow for my ranger was at first glance still looking to be about 2-3%. Sometimes I get lucky on a manyshot and get several during that 20seconds but not often. We did Kobold the other night and I got 2 bolts on the red named elemental and his mephit buddies @ the first chest during a manyshot.

I'm definately NOT seeing 10% let alone 20%. That would be a MASSIVE increase for a manyshot duration: 80ish arrows in 20 seconds at a single target and increase to 20% chance would be a LOT of lightning.

Maybe I can get some guildmates to line up in the tavern and let me LB them tonight. That would allow me to get some numbers really fast.

for some reason, tavern brawls have really increased 'procs' for those things....but this does not come out in regular play..

does make brawling with a melee a very scary thing....boom....690 points damage, you dead...first hit...no save.

I didn't notice any increase (in quests).
