I currently have a lvl 10 kensai/tempest who I want to deck out with scimitars, kamas, and handwraps.
If Items are RR, than it would need to be warforged.

Kamas:
vorpal
disruption
elemental of pure good
holy of pure good

Scimitars:
vorpal
disruption
elemental burst of pure good
holy of pure good

Geez Bruce! Give a guy a chance to rummage around! I've been at work all day and can't check what i've got :p

I know for a fact I have at least one or two pairs of 5% weighted wraps I don't plan on using.

And if you manage to find vorpal handwraps, I'll give you my first born child for them.

i have a +3 vorpal kama of pure good / but has to be the right offer
