Another Holy Avenger thread

Just thinking about a Holy Avenger idea that would be interesting. Have a "base" holy avenger. +5 holy blah blah weapon. Let the users "craft" to it to produce certain effects. At say level 6 you are able to craft holy burst to it. Level 12 good burst. A new type of color slot for the weapon as well that gives say leviks teir III so they don't need to go radomly generate it on their armor.

Base +5 weapon with effects at lvl 6? erm.
