Aurora the Wicked Down! (Demon's Den Elite)

Such an insanely difficult fight. Harder then DQ2 Epic, hard then VoN6 epic. One crazy hard boss fight (actual clearing of the quest is fairly trivial, just the boss is incredibly tough).

Tonight we did it, we killed the wicked demon. Took a group of some of Khybers finest to pull this incredible battle off. I believe this is the first completion of this quest on elite.

98 minuets.. But the kill was actaully done on the very first attempt, it just took a long time to coordinate and assemble the right crew and equipment to take her down. Thanks again to everyone who came, could not of done it without everyones contribution.

Nice! I still have yet to even go into any of the new quests yet. I'm slackin. My favor wh0re toon is way behind the times. She is somewhere in the mid-3000 :(

"fixed" .. Not sure that's the right word. That would imply that it's impossible to beat.

I've kinda proved that untrue.

It's close to impossible, but not quite :D

So the word would be "nerfed"

Which is unfortunate. I could understand a slight nerf, like extending the time limit from 2 minuits to 3 minuits so groups don't need quite the max DPS to win.. But the release notes state it's a significant nerf, which I imagine means it's as boring as normal/hard only she hits a little harder.

Psya and Elenja of The Secret Society guild in Ghalanda would also like to post a win on elite! It took about 30 deaths each and 4-5 releases for sp, but we did it :D

Sometime after my completion They nerfed the quest incredibly with the removal of the time limit. The real challenge was killing her in the 2 iminuit time limit back then.

Now a days, she's still quite a hard boss especially in a heavy melee group. But obviously presereverance can win the day as you showed in your completion. Good job.
