Resubscribed to VIP and have a couple questions.

Haven't played the game since it's early release and recently decided to start again so I decided to go VIP to unlock Drow and Favored Soul.

My question is do you have to do a quest even though your VIP to unlock these? I subscribed the 6th and it still shows in character creation that I have to buy with Points. I thought these were available to all VIP subscriptions...

You have to unlock them. 400 favor gives you access to Drow, and it's something like 2800 favor to unlock Favored Soul... or you can just buy them from the DDO store to unlock them across all servers.
