collapsed portable hole?

i have aquired a collapsed portable hole. it tells me to see one of the coin lord reps. when i do they just tell me that they will contact me if i stay on the path i am on. i dont have favore with them yet. does any one know what i need to do to repair the hole? it seems like a great thing but is useless the way it is

You need 150 coin lord favor, plus some gold, to use it. It will add another page of backpack spots for you, very valuable. 75 favor btw will also add a page, but without the need for the item. Coin Lord favor is the first thing you should be aiming for.
