I just wanted to thank the WF Bard in ToD earlier. I understand you don't have healers friend.... or any healing amp item. Trying to heal your 690 hp at 66 hp at a time with a heal scroll and about 120 with my heal spell was loads of fun. Your 22 ac was actually higher than I expected.

Next time, spend a few enhancement points to get healers friend. Maybe you won't be the only one to take real damage or DIE in part two.

You could always thank him personally instead of posting in a forum you know he probably won't read. That could work.

IMO if the WF will not help the divine healers in healing them then I would've ask the arcane caster to repair him.

I normally tell the healer that I can take care of the WF since a emp/max reconstruct repairs quite well. Most of the time I just back up the healer since most WF are polite/smart enough to take healers friend and most healers tell me not to worry about it.

If the caster doesn't want to help then just save your mana for those that deserve it.

At the end of the raid, I made sure to have a private /t with him.

This was more of an FYI to newer players that the cleric may be more willing to heal them in the future if they had a level or two of it.

This was the issue I had. I was trying to politely pass along some advice.

Hmmm... Well I just leave them both on all the time so it's prob just empower then... Either way it works good

Reconstruct can't be empowered or maximized, since it has no roll to it. Kinda like how only empower healing affects the heal spell, except we don't have an empower reconstruct feat. (Thankfully)

The only things that will affect reconstruct are your enhancements and potency, as well as arcane lore items.

Well I just logged in to check since I thought I did about 210 every time I used it. I think that's why I thought empower but you are right... Now I just need to figure out how I was getting and extra 60 per shot since I am fire/cold specced.

Yeah, I was in that group with ya. I was surprised he lasted as long as he did. :)

As to having the casters do it, we had 2 sorcs, neither were WF and neither had reconstruct. It wasn't worth the mana trying to keep one person alive who doesn't bother with healers friend or AC.

Oh, and it was 590hp, not 690.. at least according to my.ddo.com! :)
