Hi there

I am 21 year old guy who just started playing DDO (been playing for approximately 100 hours)

I am looking for a guild where I can learn about teamwork and other stuff that will make me a better player.
And it would be nice to do so in nice and friendly environment

Is there a guild that focuses on friendly veterans and serious newbies?

Came here today to post the exact same thing you have, save the fact i'm 27. Here's a thought why don't we get together and just start one up? i'm sure we can find like minded new players. i know 2 others already. I'm pay2play so a guild charter isn't a problem. What i'm interested in is having a tight group of players that are not looking to zerg everything, and learn as we go. Thoughts?

I'm going to repost this reply from Keithzor's post. If you're interested in transferring over to Sarlona, check us out. Or if interested in making a 2nd server part of the U, give me a PM and I'll see what we can do to make it happen (no promises). The Unrepentant are a great group of guys that realize gaming is supposed to be fun and integrate social chat via vent into the gaming. Hope to hear from you. Cheers.

Not sure if you're interested in transferring servers or rerolling on Sarlona (think of the quick TPs on the first 100 favor), but The Unrepentant is a guild that will likely match your interests. Our post is http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php...t=awesomesauce and our guild site is unrepentantgaming.org. As seen on the website, we're a gaming community having guilds in multiple MMOs that focus on having fun, playing hard and avoiding the usual guild B/S.

In DDO, we have characters from low levels to 20 now and are just finishing up the pre-reqs for the big raids. We tend to work together, help out guildies and usually go after the optionals in the quests. Definitely not a place for zergs.

If this sounds like something you might be interested in, no sense making your own guild, come into a community with hundreds of members scattered across various games. Either just send me a PM on here or put in an app on the website. Cheers.

Check out the Khyber Guild The Dragon Order of Arcanix.

We are a friends, family, FUN guild on Khyber (formerly Aundair server before the merge) and we have been here since head start.

We welcome new. returning, vets, and team-oriented players to group with us, and see how we play in a teawork fashion, to achieve conquest, ransack, and all quests to completion.

Don't get me wrong, sometimes we only get aggression :P but mostly we play for a tactical completion of the events, and work towards helping everyone know the quests, so they can transfer that know-how to any new players that want to know.

Send me a PM, or look for any member of The Dragon Order of Arcanix on Khyber. If you like a guild that raids, but not frequently (we are not a raiding guild but do sometimes) LIKE teamwork, and having good guild conversations with helpful advice, come check us out!

i don't think there's actually a guild that TEACHES teamwork :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
it's something you'll have to learn on your own
it's just some guilds give more chances to apply the teamwork than the others that's all ;););)

Did you guys figure anything out yet? I am 29 and been a MMO gamer for a long time now. My first main MMO was Shadowbane (man I miss that game)... But I have played everything from Earth and Beyond, EQ1\2, EVE, CoH, Guild Wars, AoC, WAR, and a few others...

PnP D&D was my first RPG experience. Team player looking to learn the ins and outs of raiding here.

If you guys put something together (Newbies-R-Us or whatnot) let me know I would be willing to join up and help out. Look me up ingame as DropinPlates.
