View Full Version : Nonexistant Turbine Points

Hello, I just managed to download and reach Stormreach, and upon arriving I checked my mail. I was happy to find out that I received three messages at the Lightning Box in the Harbor telling me I have earned points for the DDO Store.
The content of the messages was as follows:
Subject: Special Reward - Free DDO Store Points!
Congratulations! As a special bonus to you in recognition for the first time you’ve achieved 50(25)(5) total favor on the Thelanis game world, you have been given 25 additional Points to spend at the DDO Store!
To enter the DDO Store and start shopping, just click the gold coin icon at the far right of the main menu bar.
The more new quests you complete, the more Points you will be awarded. Happy adventuring!
So, naturally I went to check out the store to see that I have 0 points.
Is this supposed to happen? Did I not do something required to collect the points?

Are we not supposed to get 500 turbine points monthly for being VIP because the monthly time for getting them is today feb, 2nd for me BUT i only got 100 TP whats up with that.. can someone answer that please?

I created a new character on my account to test out a Pally build and to try out vet status. When I went over 100 favor, it told me that I got 25 points but I didn't get any added to my account. I also didn't get the 15 points that you receive for doing the korthos quests even though it told me on my screen that I earned them. Can I please get the 40 points credited to my account?

I don't know how many times people have posted about this. you can't get help about turbine points on the forum. You need to contact support by submitting a ticket through the website. Not an in game ticket, a ticket on the DDo support website.
I'm sure you can find the link somewhere if you look hard enough.
As for your turbine points for favor, did you check to see if your quest compendium was blank? If it was then you would receive the in game mail about turbine points but no points would be granted to you. You need to log out and log back in and if the quest compendium is there, load up the store and it wil lshow you your shiny new points.
And yes, people have been told that before too, many times.
Asking is easier than searching apparently.

Thanks a lot, will do.
As for the unpleasant fellow above, I did search. There were no links on google/scroogle that led me to any previous forum topics about this issue, and I even searched the forum directly. I wouldn't have posted a topic if I wasn't confused.

Yes knew all of that and tried all of that. I did a search and came out with nothing useful on here and on google. If I can't find something in 20min time, I am going to look for the best place and post it. I am not going to spend hours on this.

Thank you very much for your help. I have submitted the required information to get this looked into. I have read the sticky and it has been longer than 48 hours
