Can you get MP reward more than once?

One person told me you can get the reward from Misery Peak after completing subsequent runs by speaking to Lars. Another said no, you only get the reward once. Which is it?

Just once.

However, if you have Veteran status and start at level 4, you are given equipment that includes the set bonus items from Misery's and Sacrifices based upon your class (Anger's for Barbarian, Pathfinder's for Ranger, etc.). You can go back to Korthos, run Misery's and Sacrifices, and choose another bonus set reward, giving you two different sets if you so desire.
