Last night, I made 2 bastard sword blanks. And went to send them to the level 14 toon I have, to craft them on a scheduled shroud run.
Both blanks were bound!
Submitted a ticket, and was told to submit a report.
I followed standard crafting procedures, and did no binding or attuning to the weapons.
