TR and GR questions

I'm currently playing a drow wizard, approaching cap soon.
Going to acquire raid loot and finish crafting my greensteel.
While i'm working for that, i'd like to ask some questions about True and Greater Reincarnation.

GR: So, i can Re-distribute my feats and skill points, will also make upgrade a character from 28-32 points if they have 32 points unlocked.

Question - If a drow uses this, will it upgrade them to 30 point builds? Or will i just be able to repick feats, stats and skill points?

TR: Resets char to level 1 and upgrades my char from 32-34 points or 34-36 points. For drow its 28-30 or 30-32.(Please correct me if i am wrong about anything)

Clarification - If i TR my drow wizard i get to pick a different race and class. I also get past life feats.
So i could TR my drow wizard into a warforged wizard?

Do i keep my spells if i GR as a wizard?
I know that if i TR my spells will be gone.

GR lets you remakle your drow as 28pt as the only way to make a 32pt drow is to TR twice which now also answeres your second question, after TR1 youre a 30pt drow

and yes, with TR you can change your race, its basicly a reroll while keeping your items
