1300 favor and no Turbine points for me?

So I hit 1300 favor on my paladin tonight. Never got an email about reaching 1300 favor and getting free Turbine points. So I logged into Khyber a few HOURS later and checked my store total, still 220, never got the 25 points...

Has this occured to anyone else? Is this a bug? Where do I contact someone to get the Store points?

There is currently a bug where you actually get the 1300 favor points when you reach 1100 favor. That means you should have gotten 2 emails at 1100, and 2 sets of points. It sucks, but you already got those points
