What Diplomacy do you need to activate the Wildman Rebel? I can get my hapless WF up to a 21, but still no good.

Last I knew it was impossible to open via diplomacy. It's easier to get a horrid figureine from Slavers of the Shrieking Mines and open it that way (Actually better get a few in case the rare doesn't pop right away).

Yes, just to test this one time, I brought in a diplomacy machine of mine, and no dice. You need the horrid figurine.
