There are certain collectors that take 1 collectable and give you a Bane weapon. There's reptillian, undead, goblinoid, etc.

My question about them is, what kind of weapons can one expect from these? I've seen rapiers, clubs, handaxe, greataxe, scimitar, etc.

Is there any chance of handwraps? If not, why no love for the monk wepaons? You'd think that it would be a better deal for the collector. I mean If I had to get a mw great axe made so I could enchant it and make it a +1 reptillian bane, that'd prolly cost a pretty copper. But on the other hand, if I had to get a mw piece of cloth for a handwrap..... Gotta be cheaper right?

Any help would be good help, thanks in advance.

Since those collectors predate the introduction of the Monk class, it's possible that they simply don't have handwraps in their inventories.

However, you shouldn't feel too bad, because the bane weapons they supply are not really useful, except prehaps at very low level with the Reptile one. The truth is the design of collectibles like that is broken in DDO, and they almost never provide rewards that are worth the effort of turning them in. In addition, there is a named handwrap in the Captives quest in Cerulean Hills which is equivalent to +1 Lesser Bane against every kind of monster. (It seems to drop quite rarely, though)
