Price Check on Crystalline Scepter

What is this worth to players? I could see it being highly sought after by wizards/sorcs. I could also see someone telling me it's junk since I don't play wizards/sorcs. It seems like it would be helpful for fire walls any.

Superior Combustion VII is easy enough to find at high levels, so Greater is just a temporary placeholder for those who use high level fire spells. Superior Potency VI works well enough in most cases and is common. +3 AC is meaningless to most arcane caster builds. +1 evocation focus wouldn't excite arcane casters as most high level damage spell's don't have saves. Some caster who just got Delayed Blast Fireball and realized it's not doing the damage they expected might pay something for it.

the item doesnt give 3 ac its a weapon so has +3 to hit and damge look closer.

I can use a Superior Potency VI item and a Greater Potency VII item that works on ALL my spells.

At 12th level I can use a Superior Potency V item. This is 50% for all my damage spells, fire, cold acid, electric, magic missile, etc.
