Having alot of trouble please help

So I really want to play DDO, I download the TDM it starts downloading and during the full game download it freezes.

Also tryed downloading a high res client someone said will work and it downloaded and when i went to launch the game it went to the opening main form and stopped there.

idk what to do please help nothing is working closed launcher reopened uninstalled re downloaded numerous times now

Also during the download i press play and get this error, connection failed couldnt initialize crypto API

Is it my computer? i know alot of people now playing DDO who didnt have any problems and i am doing exactly what they did.

This is a .NET Framework error. Try uninstalling it, reboot, then reinstall it.

also want to say, if reinstalling .net doesn't work, try using the .net cleanup tool:

then reboot and reinstall.

If that STILL doesn't work, then make a "new user account" on windows and give it full access. then try running ddo again.
