Well,.... Monk is best when he is either a 2 level splash in another class. Or if he is pure.


Adding Paladin and trapskills into the mix means that you need each and very stat, which leads you to only mediocre stats all over the board.

You want too much all at the same time. A monk is stat-strapped enough even if he is pure, and can dump CHA and leave INT only high enough to get CE.


I´d recommend staying pure with your Monk.

this is not a trap monkey. With INT = 14, You get 6 skill points per monk level and 4 skill points for paladin levels, but you need 6 points for search, open lock, and disable device. Meaning that you will never have max rank on these three skills, let alone any other skills

Just drop the open lock and roll in some sorc for knock, amirite?
