I was hoping y'all could weigh in on my feat choices, especially in regards to the procession. This will be a 34 point TR fighter. I'm leaving off improved crit, as I'll have Min II khopesh by the time I get around to doing this.
Regular Feats: adamantine body, toughness, improved DR x5
Fighter Feats: khopesh, power attack, TWF, ITWF, GTWF, focus, spec, greater focus, greater spec, stunning blow, ?
1 ada body
1 focus slash
2 khopesh
3 imp DR
4 spec slash
6 imp DR
6 TWF
8 greater focus slash
9 imp DR
10 ITWF
12 toughness
12 greater spec slash
14 GTWF
15 imp DR
16 power attack
18 imp DR
18 stunning blow
20 ?
Is there a better progression? Is there a progession that makes sense, using Carnifex until I can switch to the Khopesh?

So I've been thinking more. Is the WF-DR the way to go? Would a human with multiple toughness and healing amp be a better tank? Seems like 8DR really isn't all that for the cost.
Where are sup weap focus and spec? leaving off improv crit, really? Not to mention you won't get kensai III cuz the prereqs. Whats the point of kopesh feat if just 19-20 crit. Drop feat take Hvy pick with IC and get 19-20 with x4. Going for all those DR feats is really costing you a lot.
Stone skin = 10 DR, costs 0 feats. Can make a ton of clickies with it. Between seal of earth and shroud items I have 11 charges per rest.
Not to mention, going 5 toughnesses instead of 5 DRs would be more useful (not that I suggest that either)

Ulf is right its too many feats for the amount of dr.

He is right you need to get sup weap focus for kensai rank 3, but that could be your level 20 feat.
Your allready listed both weapon spec and there is no sup version not sure what he is meaning there.
Same with imp crit as your min II are keen there is no benefit of improved crit. You could take imp crit pierce if you got some smiting and banishing rapiers you would like to use. But it isnt that critical if you take it or not.
If you where to drop the dr feats, get atleast quick draw is very nice when you are using all those surges and haste boosts you do as a kensai. Also CE/Imp trip are nice, bullheaded etc.
Its true that human with healing amp can be easier for clerics to heal, but as a wf you have other benefits and can be reconstructed by arcanes if needed. You have a bit more hp, some nice immunities, the ability to get your pa to +-8 increasing your dps in vs the majority of things etc.

Thanks. I forgot sup focus was pre-req for Kensai 3. I left off IC because I'll be using keen weapons almost 100% of the time.
I'm definitely rethinking this, trying to decide between WF/Human. Leaning toward WF still (I hate negative levels) but skipping the DR for more HP/utility.

I am WF lover myself :)
They are often a bit more expensive to level in repair pots, but on the other hand, you are immune to hold person, level drain, can breathe underwater etc etc that makes alot of things easier. But what really makes me roll so many wf is that currently they are the highest non sneak attack damage potential for most builds :) And i cant ignore that hehe.
Also if you dont mind playing with hirelings, you can solo with a wiz or sorc hireling for haste and a heal bot and later gh, which is very nice when you learn to master it :)

Where do you get your fear immunity on a WF fighter? Human I'd get it from immunity GS probably.
