Im liking what I hear about D&D, I wanted to find out if people still do old content such as quests, raids etc.

Yes, alot of the old content is still run. (But not as much as the current endgame)

Lately they have been adding new content quite a bit and at a much faster rate than prior.

Most content is still done (and you'll find people doing everything if they're trying for lots of favor).

And they're trying to add new content every month or so. We just got two small quest chains, and next update is adding four mid- to high-level free quests.
So, yes. They're adding more.

Yes and Yes. However, be warned that not every quest at lower levels in consistently run, since many low level quests are run solely for xp. Also, its difficult to put together a lowbie run for a raid, since the loot for it is quickly outpaced by that of higher level raids, and the loot that is worth something is seldom acquired at level. Thus, lower level raids are consistently run, just most of the time, its by characters at cap!
