Character copy

Hi, if I try to view a character on Myddo.com, and I'm logged in, it says the page you requested cannot be found, but if I'm logged out I can view all the ones I want. Also, when I try to character copy for Lammania from the link, it says the same thing, the page you requested cannot be found. Any help is appreciated.

This does the same thing when checking out My Lotro, if I'm logged out, I can search other toons, but if logged in, "the page you requested cannot be found". Same for the character copy page. Guess I'll uninstall the Lammania client.
