Resume download

[MTanaka]

Downloader chrashed in 72% and when I started it again, it said the download was completed.

Then, I moved the 6 downloaded bin files to another folder and run downloader again, choosing this folder as destination.

Now it says I have to start from scratch...

How can I continue downloading without start all over again?
