The moving of the ramp in the harbor is silly. Why would you make it more difficult to get from the leaky dingy to the sewers? You will now have to go up and then down the ramp to go that direction or swim for it, a new building on the corner of the harbor prevents walking directly there. Perhaps I just need to buy the flippers in the store and swim it.
