How can I killed a vampire ???

I am doing Temple of Val in House of P. I got to last vampire boss, but I cannot damage him. Any suggestions ?

BTW...the vamp in that House P quest requires Silver + Good to get through HIS DR iirc.

Hehe. He is a shadow of his former self. One elite, people used to take entirely caster parties in there to nuke him. His AC was too high to effectively melee, and his regen was far too high for only 1-2 casters to kill him.

That being said... the tricks that worked before still work now. Searing light, firewall, other damaging spells. You 'can' melee him now, but you'll have to put out substantial DPS to get past his regeneration.

If you're not able to kill him, add more party members, or get party members than can deal more damage per second.

And yes, he has DR / silver.
