What is Head Start?

One of the total favor rewards is something called Head Start. What exactly does it give? Only time I've heard Head Start referenced to an MMO before is in letting certain players get into the game before others. DOn't really see how somehting like that would apply at this point.

New characters you make on that server start at level 4.

No, you can skip that with any new character made after completing the Grotto, the first quest in the tutorial. Just tell Jeets that you want to skip it.

Head Start characters start on an airship where you level up and get your equipment, and then are deposited at the Harbor, unless you want to start on Korthos.

...where they select a decent starter fire weapon from Bellwether Bill the Warforged, and can then /death themselves to return to their default starting bind point on the beach with Jeets. Talk to Jeets and take the option to skip Korthos, which lands them in sunny Korthos viallage, then head to the dock and into Stormreach and pick up the small gem and collectibles bags from Mari.
