Don't Know Where Else to Post This

I've looked around on this site and I can't find anything. I am interested in becoming a VIP (as opposed to a f2p or Premium player.) On the Turbine site, it's asking for a Product Key. I did not purchase this game in a retail store - I downloaded it online for free. I was never emailed a product key. I know I am missing something, I just don't know what. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks.

Try this:

1. Go to My Account (look at the top of the forums and you will see a link)
2. In the window that opens up on the bottom left is "Manage Turbine Account".
3. Enter your user name and password (the same one you log in to DDO with).
4. After logging in, under the Product Key section there is a red box with the DDO logo that says "Dungeons and Dragons Online Subscriptions". The first option under there should say "Subscription Plan". I don't know what the links look like for F2P but for VIP I would choose "Change Billing Option" and then I can select how often I want to be billed. I would try there for starting billing.

When you do this there should be a button that says get unlimited access now. Click that and it will ask about subscription plan.
