stupid questoin about demon's blood

In Bastion of Power, what chest does this come from? is it the chest in at the end that also drops ingredients / belts / necklaces or is it the optional chest you get by hitting the pressure plates?

I've pulled 1 blood but it was before that locked chest was actually locked and I can't remember which chest it came out of.

It drops in both chests.... as one very lucky person i ran with found out :D

I'm told it drops from the 2 regular end chests, but won't drop from the pressure plate one.
