No plans for New Years Eve? Tuckered out from winter travel? Snowed in from your party? Don't be alone on New Years Eve, spend it with us and the DeGeneve Brothers in DDO!

The DeGeneve Brothers will be available in the Marketplace for their magical fireworks and games display! Located outside the gates of House Deneith, enjoy music and magic to ring in your New Year! Grab some friends and play the Succubus hunting game, or just sit back and relax! Don't forget to grab a festive party hat in the DDO Store!

No matter how you'll spend your New Years Eve, we hope it is a safe and happy one!

Actually its the post-NYE running I'm kinda looking forward to. A bunch of players that couldn't even drive home trying to "drive" their toons through a quest. Good times. :D

What, the DeGen brothers couldn't afford to host a spectacular event in Stormreach, and they've had to resort to this instead?

Sad...sad...now instead of giving a big bang for the new year, its just gonna be a tiny one that happens only in the marketplace. But I suppose it could be worse.

Sad...sad...now instead of giving a big bang for the new year, its just gonna be a tiny one that happens only in the marketplace. But I suppose it could be worse.

It would be stupid to hold a big event and mean to the Turbine staff. Almost everyone will be out living their lives, not sitting infront of a glowing screen having a make believe party.

If they want to hold an event of any size do it on a date where you aren't forcing staff to miss a big day with their friends and family and when most people will be able to show up.

Well, since I didn't feel like getting stuck in drunken traffic, I spent the New Year with the DeGenev Brothers. Even got it on video! (http://www.wegame.com/watch/degenev-brothers-festivult-2009/) :D

Lol I feel for you Tolero I had to work through it too AND almost got killed on the way home (the entire sidewalk was covered in ice...didn't notice until i went around the corner on my bike and just kept going except sideways) :P
