Hi All -

I've searched the custom skinning sections, but I could not find a solution.

I keep losing my cursor (little arrow) when there is a lot going on during a DDO fight. It does not actually disappear, but I just lose track of the tiny, brown (read some color of dungeon walls, and marketplace ground), in all of the commotion. This results in a delay in clicking the correct place to heal my party.

I know I can use the hot bar short cut keys, mouse buttons, etc. but I really have all the convenient keys, buttons mapped.

Is there any way to make the cursor different ..like a larger bright orange or yellow arrow? I don't care about reskinning the whole game.. just the cursor.

Thanks for any suggestions!

I was experiencing this same problem and was looking in the options for a way to change my mouse cursor so it would be more visible. Has this been addressed and I am just not finding the right setting?

Currently there's no way (even with alternate skins) to change the appearance of the mouse cursor in DDO.

The function keys will select party members in the order they are listed on your party list. Map your healing spells and with a bit of practice you need not have to rely on your mouse/cursor at all.

Please if it is made big and orange, give us the option to have the little white circle, I like the little white circle just as it is.

If your having trouble locating your mouse you might want to go into control pannel and check the box that helps you locate your mouse. When you press the ctrl key it sends out a ripple like circle from your mouse showing you where it is. I'm on my laptop so I can't test this ingame but it should work. Hope that helps some!

Yeah, the ctrl key works in game. Thanks for the tip. I will use that and see how much it helps. Would still be nice to be able to have a different mouse pointer though.

I have so been in this boat. In the heat of battle I madly move my mouse around trying to find where the cursor is so I can hit an important toolbar button ... usually far too late.

This only works for me if the game is windowed, have you been able to get it to work full screen some how ?
