Turbine Points problem

DDO Store sent me free Turbine Points but i can't get them...I tryed buying something but i still have the same ammount of points from before.

Sometimes it takes a minute for them to apply. Once you read the mail, open the store and wait a minute. It should refresh with your new point total. Failing that, close DDO, and start it up again. This should fix the total.

If neither works, then you can send in a ticket, but chances are good that you were just mistaken as to your previous total.

When i came back to the game the letters with Turbine Points were gone and when i try to enter DDO Shop the window opens but its black.....
