Launcher is empty

Hi i couldnt find my launcher yesterday so i went on the forum. i found out were it was clicked on it opened the game. now the next day (today) when i click on the launcher to open the game it says its empty and tells me to renstall it and click repair . when i do that its fine untill around the last 5 files. IT says for 3 of the files that it cannot repair them and it gives me the option to retry cancel the repair or ignore it. i click retry and it keeps coming up. i click ignore and the game doesnt work. and if i click cancel game doesnt work. the three files are the launcher patchwrapper.dll and and controlllibary.dll plz help i really want to play the game>.<

i just tried to install it again and its not repairing it its replacing it . it says "An error has occurred while trying to replace the existing file: Delete file failed;code 5 access denied . ??????

I just reinstalled twice. Neither time did it work. I saw an identical posting on the LOTR forums, and they gave the same advice to no avail. Any ideas?
