Pretty Basic Question

I know this is pretty basic and I bang my head on the floor three times for having to ask it. My Paladin is Level 4. He as a spell slot. I can't figure out how to get him to learn a spell. My Wizard learns spells readily with the help of an NPC. However, I have not been able to find anyone to help my Paladin learn a spell for my slot. How is it done?

Go to tavern/shrine and select your spell by hitting the C key on keyboard, switch to spells tab

Make sure your wisdom is greater than 10

You get all Paladin Level 1 spells automatically, you pick and choose from the spell menu in taverns or at rest shrines. The spell menu should be in your character window.

Paladins and Wizards are exactly the same except Wizards need to first Inscripe their Scrolls (THeres no NPC involved in learning spells as a wizzrd. THe Trainer when you level only gives you the option to Inscribe some Spells)

In an In/Tavers, simple go to your Spells screen and drag whatever spel you want from your spell list to your spell Slot. You can then put that Spell slot on a hotbar.

Yeah but it sounds to me like a similar issue I had at lv4. I was like "aw cool got 1st lv spells" so in the tavern I drag my cure light wounds down to the slot *negative buzzzzz* *** it tells me "Your ability score is too low" Found it my Wis wasn't high enough. (TWF pure paly) I can live it since I can use wands.
