Ok, I can hear all of my friends but they cannot hear me. My Windows settings are fine, my DDO settings are fine, the mic test in the audio options is even working fine, but no one hears me!

I could really use some help!

Me too,

have Vista, sound recorder works fine.
Can hear other people fine, but no one seems to hear me.

Got a headset so I could use it, but no love..
Mic jack headset...

Don't know what else to do?!

Sounds like you checked everything. When I have that problem it ends up that my windows mic gain is set to 0. Turnin it back up to 100 fixes that. But it sounds like you checked that already.

Most common problem is a windows setting. Here's how to find it in XP

Control Panel - Sounds and Audio Devices - Voice - Voice Recording - click on the volume button.

In most cases this is set very low. Fix it.
