Exotic weapons and larger bags

How do you train to use exotic weapons? My ranger 5 got a Lesser Undead Bane bastard sword, but has an exotic weapon penalty with it.

Also, where do I buy larger bags for collectibles and ingredients? My collectibles bag keeps overflowing, and after combining some Syberis fragments, resulting dragonshards no longer go into ingredients bag. Does that mean shards are not "ingredients"?

at a level you get a general feat take exotic weapon bastard sword, those feats come at lvls 1/3/6 etc....

Take a Feat to use the Bastard Sword and the fragments are another way to "eat your inventory spaces" the shards are only used for Feat Exchanges

Sounds like I can kill two birds with one stone [shard] -- use 1000 Syberis fragments to make an Imperfect dragonshard, then use to exchange one of my current feats for Exotic Weapon Bastard Sword.

Still, where (other than DDO Store, which I really try to avoid) can I get additional bags?
