Start-up Error

There has been a problem recently with my start-up of D&DO. When I try to start it up, it goes immediatly to the "Cannot connect to server; Retrying connection" without hesitation. Whenever I try to click any of the links(Account, Community, etc.) it gives me an error;

I'd love some feedback to try to get me back into the game, thanks for any help that can come my way. :-)

Additional information: No links on the launcher panel work; It started happen near the time of the update.

Still waiting for some type of response, even if it's ideals on what could be wrong or any ideals of fixing it.
