DDO store problem

hello. when im trying to go into DDO store in the game, its opening the store ad all black. someone know what to do?

Try hitting the home button at the top of the store window. Its actually above the main part on the top bar.

I had mine go white last night and this took care of it.

Did you try closing DDO completely and trying from scratch?
