Quest flagging

So since I am fairly new to this whole experience, and unable to find like a players guide, I figured I would ask you guys.
I know what quest flagging is, but I do not know how to do it. What are the quests in Gianthold to flag for TOR, and what is this Vale flagging that I hear about? I always see quests up for different sets of quests, but I cannot do them because I am not flagged. I also know there is one in Necropolis, but not how to flag for it. Could you guys help me?

that is unknown, well actually it is all of them, figured I would put a simple layout for you to answer in :P

[Armair]

Necropolis- Desecrated Temple of Vol, Fleshmakers Labratory, Inferno of the Damned, and two others I cannot remember.

You will collect the sigil pieces and fit them into the frame then you will do one more quest to flag for the Black Abbot.

Vale- Rainbow in the dark, Coal Chamber, Devils Assualt there are two more that are simply put painless I do not remember these cause of them being painless.

TOR- I believe the flagging quest is Prison of the Plane, Crucabile, and Madstone...

Most of these are not to hard to get a group for, but most people will stay away from Coal and Rainbow because they can be very painful with the wrong group...

P.S. if you use mana bring plenty of mana pots for Coal if doing anything other than Normal

Actually it is more of I didn't know that they where raids, so I was not looking for a raid flagging guide. but thanks guys. helps alot.
