Comrades, is this ability already implemented? If yes, then how do we use it?

Benefit: You may expend a Fighter attack boost to focus your energy and spirit, gaining a +8 Insight bonus to strength for a short period of time. If you possess the ability to generate Ki, you generate an additional 2 ki on successful attacks during your surge.

I'm not sure but, if you use Fighter Attack Boost, Power Surge is automatically used?

it's another ability that uses the same counter as your attack boosts. So you can use Kensai boost AND attack boost, but it counts as 2 uses. It is in game.

Look on your enhancement tab, and expand "Kensai". It's under there.

Power surge is an ability granted to fighter who have the Kensei II PrE (Prestige Enhancement).

Pre-reqs: Kensei I, fighter 12, attack boost III, critical accuracy III.

Attack boost and power surge are different abilities, but they use the same counter, similar to a cleric's divine vitalities which use up a turn undead attempt. Thus, you have a total pool equal to the number of attack boosts you have, and each time you use an attack boost or a power surge, that pool is depleted by 1 usage.
