ATI Drivers

I have an ATI 4850 card. Previously, I had setup to use 4x AA and 8x Anisotropic filtering. I updated the drivers
from ATI last night to the latest version available. This completely ruined the the detail on the floor details,
particularly when reducing the fore-shortening by having a low camera angle. It's like the mip-mapping is completely
broken. It's also made model details extremely blurred (and the text). I changed from Anisotropic to Very Sharp
and the detail is back as good as ever. Anybody else experienced this? I'll probably revert to an older driver
version.

I've had that problem with both nVidia and ATI cards when playing games with the latest drivers. Your best bet is to revert to an older driver that works well.
