What is up with that? I spent the rest of my turbine points on this and I couldn't get it to give me 32pt build? Is this a bug? I went ahead and did a 28pt build...this was my first build from scratch, and I was a little frustrated.

Is it possible you're trying to create a drow?
Due to their unique statistic bonuses (+2 to 3 stats, -2 to 1), Drow do not gain 32 point builds.
If you're building a class that uses a lot of dex/cha/int, you can actually start with a higher net statistic total than you could get on another race with a 32 point build. If you're not, you're probably better off with another race.

Were you doing a drow? they still only get 28, because they have better stat bonuses, they're kinda considered a 32 point build anyway.

also the prebuilt characters of each "path" will be 28 point. you must create a custom character to get more build points. (nm, you did that already)

Thanks I WAS building a Drow. I thought it turned out well anyway...(I think)
Wanted to create a nuking cleric based on a build template I got throught this forum. I ended up with the following build...feel free to comment:
Str 13
Dex 10
Con 13
Int 10
Wis 18
Ch 10
I BELIEVE the feet I chose was Max Spell? I also picked up Follower of Sov Host and Eng of Zel for more spell points.
I think this was right - going from memory. Is there a way to export this info so you don't have to log into the game to get it???

Personally, I'd have dropped at least a point of WIS for STR & CON, but you should do ok, once you get to a level where nukage really is an option. - CLR 9 for flame strike, more or less.
Have fun!

Change out to human. You can get the same stats plus a fee feat plus more skill points plus that ability to increase 2 stats of your choice later.
Or even better:
human:
str 14
dex 8
con 14
int 8
wis 18
chr 12
more hp for survivability, more chr for dvs, more str for melee or lifting the heavy loot, same skill points (lower int but human bonus sps), free human feat, -1 AC and -1 reflex save (both of which would have been weak on your build anyway)

Listen to Lorien (though I'd personally drop charisma to 8 and take more dex and int instead).

Thanks for the advice. I was trying to build with exactly those stats as that was what was suggested in the template...but noob me didn't realize I couldn't do that with a Drow. I will create a new one. Thanks!
