Hair Styles for Humans Only?

A crazy question this may be, but I need to ask it. When I log in with my human sorcerer I can access the hair styles in the DDO store, but if I try with and Elf or Halfling they are unavailable. I was able to purchase a different style for my elf ranger a few days ago and now nothing. Does anyone else have this problem? They say the hair styles are for every race. This has happened with weapons and armor as if they are available for limited times, but not all the time. I hope not since then the store is basically if you miss the item too bad.

Is my install corrupt or is this the mind set of Turbine? Help please!

I was able to purchase new hair for my elf & my drow char's [1 male, 1 fem] the week they hit the store with no problems.
A glitch with the DDO store loading perhaps?
