NPCs won't give me their quest

I hope that I'm posting in the right section of this forum, but here goes...
I just started playing, and have so far completed the following quests:
Heyton's rest
Shipwreck shore
The cannith crystal
The collaborator
The storehouse's secret
Welcome to korthes

The last one I completed was "the collaborator", and then my problem started. Looking for my next quest I look at the map for those yellow signs and go to the npcs, but when I reach them the symbol abouve their heads are grayed out, and they don't have any quests to give me. I have looked around for a long time now, speaking with every npc I can find, in case I have missed any quest that must be completed first before I can do the others, but no luck.

Is there any kind soul who can tell this noob what he is doing wrong?

That's odd... did you talk to Dax Boon?
Or were you in a group and the quests got shared to you from the group? Hit L and check.

If that doesn't help, then contact ingame support.

THANK YOU! I had already talked with him before to collect my reward earlier, but now when I just opened and closed his shop the other quests were finally activated.
